TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN

1. Peserta didik mampu mengidentifikasi penggunaan Expression of Inviting Someone, Expression of Accepting the Invitation, dan Expression of Refusing pada dialog yang diberokan

2. Peserta didik mampu membuat kalimat sedehana menggunakan Expression of Inviting Someone, Expression of Accepting the Invitation, dan Expression of Refusing

Expression of Inviting Someone (Ungkapan Mengundang atau Mengajak Seseorang)

Expression of Accepting the Invitation (Ungkapan Menerima Ajakan atau Undangan)

ž  Sure. I’d love to.

ž  • Yes, surely.

ž  • Yes, certainly.

ž  • Yes, I obviously will come.

ž  • Alright, I will come.

ž  • I might want to …

ž  • I cannot / can’t say no.

ž  • I’d like to come. Thanks.

ž  • Thank you for inviting me. I would love to.

ž  • That would be very nice.

 

Expression of Refusing the Invitation (Ungkapan Menolak Ajakan atau Undangan)

ž  • I am sorry. I could not come.

ž  • I cannot come.

ž  • I’d love to, but …

ž  • I don’t think I can. I am so sorry.

ž  • Unfortunately, I can’t.

ž  • I’d like to, but …

ž  • Thanks for the invitation, but …
