›      KD 3.4 Membandingkan fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan beberapa teks prosedur lisan dan tulis dengan memberi dan meminta informasi terkait resep makanan/ minuman dan manual, pendek dan sederhana, sesuai dengan konteks penggunaannya

 INDIKATOR

›  1. Mengucapkan ulang setiap kata dari beberapa teks resep makanan/ minuman dengan ucapan dan tekanan kata yang benar

  2.  Menganalisis struktur nomina yang digunakan untuk menyebutkan benda-   benda

   3. Menganalisis struktur kalimat yang menyebutkan langkah kerja  

   4. Membacakan dengan suara lantang, dengan ucapan dan tekanan kata yang  benar teks terkait resep makanan/ minuman dan manual

 

PROCEDURE

1. “Procedure text is a piece of text that give us instructions for doing something.”

2. “Procedure text is a text that is designed to describe how something is achieved through a sequence of actions or steps.”   

 

General Struture of Procedure

›1. Aim/goal (tujuan): This part tells what will be made or done

2. Materials or Ingredients: This part gives a list of what is needed or we can say “You’ll need”, or “Supplies needed”. 

3. Steps: This part explains how to do it.

4. A recipe and manual are examples of procedures  

 

 

The Characteristics of Procedure

 

-Simple present tense and imperatives (Action verbs)are mostly used in procedure

-Using Temporal words such as, first, second, then, next, finally, after, before, etc.  

-Usually used only a letter, a number or symbole  

-The example of actin verbs, such as turn on, stir, cook, fried, bake etc.

 

Example

How to make water Absorption on the Ground

Things You Need

›1. Hoe or spade

2. ›Grass

›3. Faeces of: Cows, buffaloes, sheep/goats

 

Follow the easy steps bellow

1.By using hoe or spade, make holes of 15 cm diameter and 20 cm depth on the ground.  

2. ›Put faeces together with grass into the holes and keep it there without covering  

 

How does it work? 

     The mix of grass and animal’s faeces invites worms to come around. This makes the ground’s pores bigger and the ground become looser, and the most important thing is : it can absorb water more quickly than usual ground does
